My name is Amara. I was born and raised in Windsor Colorado, and I moved to Gulf County in the spring of 2020. I currently work full time as a patient care technician at Ascension Sacred Heart on the Gulf. Although I love my current career, I would love to transition into making photography more of a full time job.
I am engaged and will be married in April 2025! My fiancé and I have been together for 8 years and moved across the country together. We have two dogs, three cats, and a whole lot of farm animals including chickens, ducks, and goats. In my free time, I enjoy going to the beach, or on the river with my group of friends. I really love reading and tend to do that whenever I get the chance.

I have always loved taking photos. My photography journey started with landscapes and quickly transitioned into portraits. I have recently found a love for taking photos of people and capturing their emotions and feelings through my lens.
I love to work with individuals and groups that can be comfortable around me. It is such an honor when a client trusts me to capture their photos and make them look natural and flowy. As a photographer, I value comfort, and explanation. I think it is important to make every photoshoot fun and memorable. This creates another level of trust between my client, myself, and my camera.
My goal is to help families, couples, and individuals feel confident with their bodies and their minds. I want to be able to capture that confidence through photos and to help people fall back in love with themselves, and life.
